We recommend booking your move at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving seasons, to ensure your preferred date and time.
What areas do you serve?
We provide coverage for the entire Emirates. Our Middle East Headquarters are in Dubai. We are able to arrange moving service to and from the entire United Arab Emirates including, Dubai, Fujairah, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman.
How do I get a moving quote?

Is my move insured? How do you handle fragile or valuable items?
Yes! We offer multiple insurance options to protect your belongings during transit, including basic coverage and full-value protection plans.
Our team is trained to carefully pack and move fragile or high-value items with the right materials and extra attention.
Do you provide packing services?
Absolutely — we offer full and partial packing options, as well as packing materials and supplies if you prefer to do it yourself.
Can I store my items if my new place isn’t ready yet?
Yes, we offer short-term and long-term secure storage solutions in climate-controlled facilities. Warehousing is available in DIP, Al Quoz Ind 4, and Jebel Ali.
What can’t I pack or move with you?
For safety reasons, we can’t transport hazardous materials, perishable food, plants, or valuable documents — we’ll provide a full list during booking.
Do you move apartments, offices, and commercial spaces too?
Definitely! We handle everything from residential moves to office relocations and commercial logistics.
What countries do you ship too?
Lockwell specialises in shipments to all worldwide destinations including, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Asia and Europe.
Do you provide groupage or shared container options?
Of course! When you do not have enough volume to warrant your own container, Lockwell offers and specialises in shared container / groupage shipping to all major worldwide countries.
